I had a great experience with Kim. She was very thorough, took her time, and answered any questions I had about my foot structure and orthotics. Kim seems to genuinely care about you and your issues. I was happy with the entire process and quick timeline to get my orthotics. Thanks!
We have been dealing with Kim for many years and she is remarkable. She is so knowledgeable and patient, taking time to explain and answer any questions you have. We look forward to our yearly visits, and have full confidence in her valued diagnosis. There is nothing Kim cannot address, she makes you feel comfortable always. And we trust her totally! Fabulous lady.
Whatever you go there for, expect to hear a sales pitch for $650 orthotic insoles regardless of whether you need them or not. Afterwards, the insoles might either do you no good, or even do you harm. In my case, I didn't really need them, but thepedorthist persuaded me that they would be good for me. Later on, I started experiencing pain and seeing a physiotherapist. Another great experience with Kalsey! She takes time to listen and is very thorough in her exam. She doesn't make you feel rushed, but like you are her only patient of the day. Highly recommended!
My appointment was not with Kimberly but with Kalsey Smith. I liked her a great deal and she gave me lots of advice for a foot problem I have. I also got a new custom orthotic made. She has taken the time to make sure they fit well and encouraged me to come back if I ever have problems. She was excellent.
