She is a liar and a humiliating Dr. I was in extreme pain, had a bump in my ear, causing pain from one ear to another, nausea, and an overwhelming migraine. It felt like a knife was going through one ear and out the next. Dr. Ancheta acknowledged the bump, prescribed antibiotics but refused me pain medication when I asked for a shot of toradol, something Kaiser has given me in the past due to my many incurable diseases. After seeing primary doc on several occasions over several months it was Dr Ancheta at an urgent care visit who would not let my daughter go home until they figured out what was wrong with her. It turned out she had a long simmering kidney infection which had developed t to sepsis. If not for this doctor my daughter could easily have died from sepsis. I will always be grateful to this doctor who I never met to thank in person.
She stated my back pain of two weeks was not urgent enough to order a CT. This was at the urgent care at Panorama City. Since my blood work was normal she took it upon herself to have me wait for 3 more weeks for my scheduled CT that I was unable to move. Thing is…not everything shows up in a blood test. Physicians should know that and assuming it could be muscular in nature is nothing short of a disaster.
