Dr Kimberly Orleck is the ABSOLUTE BEST Gastroenterologist you will ever meet. She has taken my health very seriously and I cannot appreciate her enough. Her staff is amazing and I feel as though I am at home every time I visit. Thank you so much Dr Kimberly and staff. Without your expertise, I would still be suffering in pain. You have saved me and I cannot thank you enough!
Unfortunately I cannot rate Dr. Orleck, herself, however, the team dropped the ball. I need to be seen as soon as possible, so I scheduled an appointment over a month ago for healthcare. I contacted the office to ensure that they accepted my insurance and was told "yes", unfortunately today I'm told that they don't accept my insurance at any location and are cancelling my appointment the Friday before it's scheduled. What a waste of time and lack of professionalism. PLEASE DO BETTER!
