After 2 minutes talking to Dr Workman, I knew I was in good hands. She performed an ORIF procedure on me for my 4 leg fractures, 2 / Tibia and 2/ Fibula. Never having broken a bone before and middle aged, I didn’t know what to expect but the clinic, her staff and Dr Workman superceded my expectations.
I would definitely recommended Dr.Workman. She is extremely caring and compassionate. She is very patient and spends time to explain what’s wrong, your options, and takes time to listen and answer all your questions. She never rushes. She genuinely cares about her patients. Her assistant Tanya is also very friendly and caring. Always returns calls the same day. They are always friendly and happy to see you.
Very concise in her assessment and very confident in direction needing to go! Dr. Workman and her staff had extremely good bedside manners.
Everyone from the front desk staff to the X-ray tech to Dr. Workman’s assistant, Tanya, to Dr. Workman herself, was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They all made the whole process pretty stress-free and easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Workman to anyone.
Dr Workman was very easy to talk to and took time to thoroughly explain everything.
I found Dr. Workman to be patient, gentle, and approachable. She had a calm, pleasant and unrushed demeanor. She explained my condition and her recommended treatment in understandable terms, and answered all the questions I had, although in retrospect there could have been more discussion about potential complications. The entire office ran smoothly and all the staff I interacted with were very pleasant, with kudos to Dr. Workman's assistant Tanya - she was exceptionally sweet and caring.
Dr Workman is handling my ankle injury and is doing an amazing job of not only diagnosing my issue but also helping me understand the function of my ankle along with making me feel comfortable in her care! She is very personable and easy to talk to!
On a day when Kaiser's orthopedic dept appeared very crowded, Dr. Workman was very complete in her explanation of my condition and options moving forward. She was friendly, attentive, and I felt encouraged to express my concerns and questions.
