I came to Dr. Cooper and her assistant said I had 15 minutes because Dr. Cooper had to leave in 15 minutes, Dr. Cooper proceeded to yell at me for my appointment time and when I asked her to stop, she said I can’t do this right now. It was the most awful experience I have ever had at a doctor and am in the process of elevating the situation. This is no way to treat someone, especially after taking 3 hours out of work to come to the appointment.
Latest experience with Dr. Cooper and her staff bordered on negligence, truly. Got no response to multiple calls and pages for an emergency, office staff was incompetent, rude and lied. Ultimate recommendation from Doctor, through a staff member was absurd. Amazed she has any patients at all. Will never return.
I've been to 4 different urologists, one infectious diseases physician and one uro-gyn physician for the problems I have and no one could help me like Dr. Cooper. I see her for her expertise, knowledge and skills and not for sympathy, empathy and compassion. She is the only physician who has been able to stabilize my health since I became septic in November of 2016. She is the only physician who said, "no surgery for you", "no cystoscopies" and "no risk of bladder cancer." I am super pleased!
I like that Dr. Cooper is an on time, pleasant and very knowledgable physician. She is up to date on the latest studies in her field
I am 20 yrs old- younger for a urologist patient. I told her I was nervous and she said nothing to make me feel better. She seemed to judge me as I answered her medical questions and when I had questions about her instructions she rudely responded, "this isn't magic." She was quick to exit and write me off her list- wasn't even sure if my appointment was over. Had to exit the room and ask if we were finished- felt like she took me as a joke. Could not have been more upset with her manners.
Dr. Cooper was careful,caring,thorough and helped to solve my problem rather easily! She didn't even take credit for all the work she put in to ease my discomfort. I am so pleased to have Dr. Cooper as my physician and intend to recommend her to friends with similar problems.

After being on antibiotics for recurring UTI's...finally found a more natural solution! Dr. Cooper was to the point, gave clear explanations and personally followed up with me to make sure I was feeling better. What more can you ask for from a Doctor? Would highly recommend Dr. Cooper.
