It has taken me several years to even write this review, but I wanted to remember to do it because of the awful experience I had with Cooper. I had a severe urinary tract infection and she instructed her nurse to draw a urine sample that was probably the most painful experience I’ve ever had. She is uncaring, distracted and uninformative. I would not under any circumstances recommend her to anyone.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Cooper. She has the worst bedside manner. Not only was she completely unempathetic to my pain, but she didn’t even take the time to properly examine me. Instead, she just typed on her laptop and handed me a bunch of eurolla brand cranberry pills. When I told her I was in a lot of pain, her response was that I would have to wait for the urine culture results. Non Caring. and Irresponsible. My husband had several urinary track infections;and consulted with Dr. Cooper. Dr. Cooper ran a battery of tests (Ct scan, MRI, Eurodynamics) and as a non-believer in antibiotics advised specific probiotics. She subsequently performed a cystoscopy without checking my husband’s urinary track infection status or prescribing antibiotics before or after the cystoscopy. I brought my elderly mother to see this woman today upon referral from another doctor in the group. The visit was nothing short of awful. No respect for the situation or the elderly patient sitting in front of her. Repeated my mother‘s age at least five times as if that’s what somebody who is elderly needs to hear. disrespectful regarding the urgent care doctor who treated my mother with antibiotics, rightfully so in my opinion. A urological situation suddenly showed up. I was able to schedule a very productiove televisit with Dr. Cooper. She worked her way though medical reports from different institutions. She arranged for me to get 1 test that day and she performed a procedure 4 days later. She fully addressed my concerns, took my needs into account, was very clear and kind.
Nasty doctor who does not care about you at all. She refused to look at previous medical testing even when I explained that it is in the chart and her nurse just saw it. She does not listen to your symptoms. Such a waste of time and lack os medical care.
I have never had a worse experience with any doctor. She is the rudest woman I have ever encountered.
This doctor is without mercy. She prefers that you suffer the pains of a UTI than to give you the medicine you require on a proactive basis.
