Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Is this psychiatrist easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Absolutely not! I don't think they have one! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Is this business in a safe neighborhood? No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I have seen Dr. Cress for many years and she is wonderful. She's probably the best doctor of any specialty that I've gone to. She always gives me her full attention and is very thorough. I never feel rushed. She keeps up to date with the newest advances in medicine and collaborates with my other physicians. I never wait long, the staff is helpful and she returned my call quickly when I called in on a weekend. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone.
