I chose my dress from KJB and had such a great experience! Elise was so kind, helpful, and supportive in helping me find the right dress. I never felt pressured into making a decision on the spot which I sometimes felt at other places where I tried on. They made a potentially nerve-wrecking experience one of the best moments in the planning process! Kim made sure I got the dress I loved after having some "not so sure" moments with another gown. It says a lot that their team could help me navigate this dilemma with such professionalism, while still keeping it light and fun. If I had to do it over again, I'd still pick them to help me shop. Not to mention I love their designers and that's why I went with them in the first place!
I am so happy with how my initial appointment went! i loved the fact that I was the only bride in there looking around. Eloise was such a great help and so patient with me! I cannot wait until my dress comes in to see it again! Kelly was great through the alterations process! Can’t thank the kimberly james bridal crew enough for the experience through the whole process!
I can’t stress how highly I recommend this place! Incredible selection to suit most budgets and the staff is extremely helpful and enthusiastic without any pressure for up-selling. They offer alterations (Alessandra is amazing) and overall made the process of getting my wedding dress a breeze and so much fun
