I emailed the shop inquiring about a specific designer that they carried and some options I was looking to try on. Kim responded to me very quickly letting me know which dresses they had, as well as advising me many of their other dresses were similar in style. When I arrived for my appointment my consultant Rachel was great!! She took some time to get to know me, my mom and get a sense for what I was looking for. My first appointment / experience bridal dress shopping here and I couldn’t have asked for better! So comfortable and felt no rush- they encouraged me to try anything I wanted and step out of my comfort zone while really listening to my preferences. Ended up with a dress from here 🤍 can’t wait
I cannot thank the team at Kimberly James Bridal enough for my wedding dress experience, especially Kim and Alessandra. I had been to a few bridal shops with my mom and still couldn’t pinpoint the style I envisioned myself in.
