The entire staff was very professional and courteous! They kept me informed about all aspects of my visit.
Dr Rethy is the best. She explains everything very well and she is very gentle with little kids.
Everyone from the staff to the nurses to the doctor and audiologist were absolutely wonderful! Perfect combination of professional and kind. I felt so seen, heard and understood. The Dr was clear and complete, yet helped me feel comfortable and supported, which eliminated worry about the diagnosis. I am happy to report the treatment worked too
