Doctor Kimberly was amazing, she saved me from my ear infection. she was so kind and knowledgeable. I should have went to her right away instead of dealing with urgent care.
Came to see Dr Rethy with my 14-year-old who also needed to be seen. There are two parts to this review: the doctor and office staff. The doctor gets five stars, but the office staff are not as competent as the doctor. I completed all check-in paperwork in advance of our appointment and it was rather lengthy and we came in on time. Multiple patients came in after us and got in before us. What a great doctor. I accompanied my partner to their appointment, and although I wasn’t the patient, we were both genuinely impressed. As healthcare workers ourselves, we appreciated how pleasant and seamless the experience was from check-in to discharge.
