Came to see Dr Rethy with my 14-year-old who also needed to be seen. There are two parts to this review: the doctor and office staff. The doctor gets five stars, but the office staff are not as competent as the doctor. I completed all check-in paperwork in advance of our appointment and it was rather lengthy and we came in on time. What a great doctor. I accompanied my partner to their appointment, and although I wasn’t the patient, we were both genuinely impressed. As healthcare workers ourselves, we appreciated how pleasant and seamless the experience was from check-in to discharge. She recently performed surgery to remove my 5 year old son’s tonsils and adenoids! As a mom, I was very worried and wanted to pick the best ENT for his surgery. After seeing 4 other ENT doctors I picked Dr Rethy! Needless to say, I am beyond grateful for her! She is an amazing doctor, never rushed my appointments, answered all my questions in detail, put my mind at ease! Her surgical coordinator was in constant contact with me and went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I highly recommend her.
