Dr. Heroux is a kind and caring gynecologist; and her office staff is terrific. When I needed an unexpected prescription for a mammogram at the University of Pennsylvania, Penn commented that Dr. Heroux's office was exceptionally responsive.
I have to say that i have never met a doctor that so down to earth like she is. The staff is awesome and the office is always clean. Dr. Heroux is a great listener and very concerned when it comes to your needs. I love her beyond words. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a OB/GYN.
We decided not to use Dr Heroux for our delivery and promptly recieved a bill for $380 per visit for 8 checkups in which all that was done was a nurse checked vitals and met with the Dr for 5 minutes. Upon questioning the bill, we were told these rates are set by HCA, a huge company that owns their office. They were not able to explain how they can charge $380 for 15 minutes with a nurse and 5 minutes with a Dr. We were told we would have been charged less if we had just had the baby with the

First visit after moving to the area.Dr Heroux is very friendly,takes her time and was very happy to find her.Very busy office staff.Wait time was longer than I hoped but overall satisfied.
Dr. Heroux is one of the most compassionate and greatest Doctors I've ever had! I moved my family to Jupiter from Miami a year ago and I have worked with many Doctors over the last 19 years so I have seen many different personality types in the field and she is just fantastic!! Her office staff is also the BEST group of people to deal with. It is very obvious this office and staff take lots of pride in what they do and I couldn't appreciate them more especially with surprise baby #3 on the way!!
After years of pain and suffering I finally found whom I'd like to call my angel Dr. Heroux. She listened to my concerns, took the time to discuss and explain treatments and procedure. My daughter and I have found a doctor for life.
I am giving Dr. Heroux a one star not because she is a bad doctor, but because of the corporation she works for, HCA, Hospital Corporation of America. Dr. Heroux is a compassionate and competent doctor. But beware, if you have billing issues that need resolving, neither the doctor nor the billing managers have any authority to resolve matters and have to elevate to the corporate level, which is unconcerned.. HCA is a nightmare! That's where you see corporate greed at it's best!
