Established patient with Urgent issue cannot get through on phone to even leave a message!! I called 20 times. Left 2 emails for dr heroux. The third email to dr heroux finally got a response as i insulted her practice for this unacceptable situation. She was very nice and apologetic until i was naked in her exam room where she proceeded to blow up at me over my honest email!!!! I was bleeding profusely due to cysts and she smirked and said “it’s not like you’re dying”. Then I ask about great overgrowth since I am a size 10 but have a 38h cup. She again smirked and said “some women pay for that”. So unprofessional and not helpful. I have ongoing problems from large breast and she just dismissed it. She does a lot of pretend smiling.
She’s an amazing doctor her office staff is very efficient and pleasant. Everyone there is very welcoming

WARNING: Not A Trauma Informed Practice! If you have been sexually assaulted or have experienced trauma, you should AVOID this practice. They are NOT Trauma Sensitivity Trained. I needed a consultation on birth control options, so I requested an online visit. I received confirmation of my virtual appt online and I called and also received verbal confirmation, only to be told (after she missed the appt) that Dr. Heroux canceled my appt and didn't want to do virtual visits anymore because she "doesn't like them." Dr. Heroux, Had a very compassionate and Caring way she treated me at my gynecology exam. She was very kind and professional and took her time to answer any questions. She was gentle with her exam and Her staff was very kind and helpful . I highly recommend her for woman’s Obstetrician and Gynecology needs.
Dr. Heroux is always friendly and takes time to listen. She answers questions and never makes you feel uncomfortable.
My visit with Dr. Heroux exceeded my expectations. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes, and even amid the COVID precautions, the office staff was very pleasant and efficient with my time. Dr. Heroux was thorough and we spent time addressing my questions and concerns. Everyone was extremely pleasant and attentive.
