The 3 stars were given for the EXCELLENCE in customer service from the front office staff...thank you ladies, and for the x-ray technician who took my x-rays...thank you! My first visit was pretty good. I didn't speak to Dr. Grannis for very long. My second visit was definitely my last visit. The appointment was to go over my MRI. I happen to see the results so I was upset because I had been telling EVERYONE, from day one, that the pain was all across my collar bone yet they all insisted on doing x-rays and an MRI on my shou... read more
From the office staff to Dr Grannis, everyone has been so nice and polite. No long waits and Dr. Grannis makes you feel like you are her only patient. This office and Dr. Grannis are exceptional.
Good Doctor
I broke my ankle at the tibia and fibia. It was twisted all the way around. Dr. Grannis did an excellent job of inserting plates, screws, stitches. There are no deformities or ugly scars...after 3 months I can walk and it looks great! Good orthopedic surgeon and their office is very professional. They're really good at returning calls same day, and my appointments were on time Office is clean and pleasant.
