I would rate 0 if I could. This company is totally disorganized, horrible customer service and very poor at communication. Their slip ups and miscommunications will be somehow all on you even if it is in writing, so I do not recommend giving them bank info for auto rent payment and you better know a good lawyer if you do.
Judy is not an honest person, and will try and take you for everything you have. Plan on going to court. Also they do not replace carpet they just put plastic in between the padding to reduce smell...
