I couldn't rave more about Kimberly Felix. This was my first home purchase and it was not an easy fits all the boxes transaction. Kimberly masterfully maneuvered me successfully through this process. I currently live in NYC and planned on relocated to Arizona. I had an awful experience with a realtor in AZ (who btw was highly recommended). While searching on line I came across a listing and the description of the property really stood out amongst others I had read. The listing agent was honest in describing the property.
