Love love love this Office, Staff and everything they have to offer. Questions are always answered and they take care of all my insurance for me. Can’t say enough!
The worst dentist ever!! Don’t go here. Ever since she fixed 2 of my teeth, I get huge pieces of food stuck in between them and she tried to fix it again but whatever she did made it worse. And her receptionist Christina is not friendly at all. I had to cancel an appointment once because I was sick and she was very rude and threatened to charge me $50. I have never seen such poor customer service.
I recently joined her practice and can say it's the best experience I have ever had. After being with my previous office for 27 years I walked into the doors to be greeted by Christina who was very helpful and assured me I would t be disappointed. After being so nervous I feel like I have known the girls at this office my whole life. Sarah did an excellent job with my cleaning and Dr Dobson was so caring. Hands down best experience!!!
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Dobson since she first opened her doors. From the very beginning Dr. Dobson made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She has gone above and beyond to see a family member while they were visiting on holidays. My family member had no insurance, and was given a very affordable treatment plan. The subsequent visits were all no charge as well. She truly cares about your well being. My husband and I switched to Dr. Dobson's practice two years ago, after our long time dentist retired. The office is beautiful and conveniently located in down town Fonthill . Lots of parking available! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Dr Dobson is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. She always takes the time to explain each procedure. My entire extended family has since switched to Dr. Dobson's practice. My 3 nephews actually like going to the dentist.....unheard-of.
My kids love going to the dentist and that is not something that I can say I enjoyed as a kid. Dr. Dobson is so caring, kind and gentle. She makes you feel comfortable and her staff is great as well. My kids and I started going to her a few years ago and we have been very pleased with the service and treatments we receive. I recommend Dr. Dobson to Family and Friends regularly. Beautiful office, very helpful staff. Ive had 3 different hygienists at the office, all very professional and caring towards my needs. Dr.Dobson helped assist me through my jaw surgery process with Dr.Consky as the surgeon and Dr.Kamatovic as the orthodontist. All three professionals put my needs first and never once tried to upsell me on something I didn't need, which I've had issues with from other dentists. I love my smile again! Horrible dentist! If you have any fears she will make them come true. A simple extraction turned into a root tip being embedded into my maxillary sinus cavity which required emergency surgery costing me $1500 and unnecessary pain and suffering. She will also refer you to the worst oral surgeon around who will tell you that it is your fault it happened to protect his careless colleague.
