Waste of time. Kept us on the hook while simultaneously working with someone else and sold the car out from under us
First experience with this dealer and they did not disappoint. I had recall work to be performed but the tech went above and beyond airing up tires and topping fluids off. He took time to explain what he did at pick up and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely use them for future service.
The worst place to take your vehicle, my son’s jeep was there for over a week no one ever returned phone calls they had no idea what was going on we called & they just hang up on us.. Terrible customer service
Was told my bucket truck was too heavy to drive on their parking lot. Don't you have semis coming in to deliver vehicles? Or all those other vehicles sitting there collectively adding weight. I'm not coming here for servicing again.
