I had my truck appraised here for a possible trade in. As I am over an hour away, I tried to do it remotely. The dealership took my VIN and gave me a ballpark number of about 32k for my trade in saying they had it appraised via KBB. However I noticed they didn’t include my premium sound system or my dual moonroofs, which are features that typically add quite a bit of value to a vehicle. Went in there on a whim and saw a vehicle I liked. Talked to Dallas and told him what I was looking for and what I wanted out of my vehicle. We came to an agreement pretty quickly and he made the purchase smooth. A few hours or talking to them and the bank then I was out of there with a new to me vehicle. Easy and smooth.
