We partnered with Kim and KCD on our new build furnishes and we would have been absolutely lost without her! We worked with Kim to design our main level remodel, including the kitchen, family room, office, laundry and bath. From the initial phone call to project completion, Kim was a pleasure to work with. She created a layout that works perfectly for our family and guided us through the many material selections. She’s personable, professional and detail-oriented. We’ve been living in the updated space for about six months now and love it. We look forward to working with her again in the future!
My husband and I are pretty clueless when it comes to design - we knew we wanted to upgrade our master bath but had no idea where to start. Kimberly made it so easy for us! We love the beautiful design and she kept in close communication with our contractor during the project. We went through a lot of redesigns to add in a sauna and Kimberly was extremely patient with us as we made decisions. We truly enjoyed working with Kimberly Cahoy Design for our bathroom remodel!
Kim and Tess were great to work with! They helped our vision come to life. They were phenomenal at thinking outside the box and also had connections with many vendors that allowed us to find exactly what we were looking for. I would also highly recommend having them involved in every part of your project (concept, design/floor planning, selections, construction, final walkthroughs, etc.). They can help find things most people wouldn't see.
