I had several procedures done to my hand, wrist, and arm after a bad break and a previous surgery. Dr. Young has been great to work with.
Everyone was very polite, professional, and it was very obvious that everyone really liked their job
The entire process for this first time patient was seamless. The staff is respectful and kind. Dr. Young really listens to her patients. She has ideas and solutions and is willing to put forth the effort to help her patients. Essentially Dr. Young cares.
Check in was fast and even got into the room fast as well. It didn’t take Dr. Young 5 minutes before she was walking and introduced herself. She listened to what I was experiencing and explained a lot of what was going on as well as listening to me about my medical condition. She’s very polite and very professional. I enjoyed my first appointment with her. Great doctor with a great smile and personality.
