I adore Kim, in every way. She has always been extremely attentive. Takes her time to listen to all of my concerns and anwser all of my questions. She remembers personal information about my life and always asks about my kids and what is going on in my life. She came highly recommended to me when I moved to the Ottumwa area, and I am so glad she was.
I would not have Kimberly Brown attend my loved one. She is snarky and self-important. Gave my mom sub-standard care. Updated 1/16/23 - The information is Kim Brown worked with my mom who was a resident of Good Samaritan. I was mom's representative in every way on paper. Kim Brown came to hospice the day my mom arrived and immediately put her on morphine without discussing anything with me. I was in the room and she didn't look at me or talk to me or acknowledge me in any way. I was left to discuss it with the hospice nurses... read more
