We bought a CPO 3-series here and had a great experience working with Tyler. He was happy to work out details over the phone and via text messages and answered all of our questions about the car. We felt we came out with a fair deal and even learned we qualified for a rebate we didn't know about. After the purchase the tech team did a thorough job walking us through the car and getting our driver profiles set up and all of the car's menus and settings sorted out.
Patrick did his usual great job of working with me on the purchase and updating on the car. Lawrence was fantastic to deal with from the BMW Financial aspect. The excellent service provided by your service department was also a consideration in purchasing my car at this dealership.
Tyler Bishop facilitated a positive and seamless purchase of our fourth BMW. We will seek his assistance when we make our next car purchase.
Great working with Tyler and the staff at Kimberly BMW. Drove down from La Crosse for the purchase. Vehicle was special ordered M240ix. My 2 closer dealers I was less than impressed with. A few other dealers were working the mandatory protection plan racket. Frankly embarrassing on a luxury brand. It’s not a Toyota or Nissan dealer guys!
Great staff, easy to work with, no hard old school sales tactics and very accommodating for schedules and picky customers like me. Patrick in sales is awesome, Laurence in finance is the best. Have bought two cars here, and three at their sister dealership next door. Highly recommend.
