Never once have I had a landlord who has been so kind. They are here quite often cleaning & are taking precautions with pest control monthly. I receive notice with plenty of time to prepared & maintenance is on top of things. Maintenance also knocks plenty of times before entering, also announces that they are “male” to ensure female tenants are comfortable. When i moved in the oven was dirty and the freezer .The tub had a hole in it the d door was broken , the hallways smelled really bad and kids were in the hall all the time smoking weed leaving trash.The faucet was leaking I lived there 9 months never fixed the door.but always wanted rent.
They never come fix anything and the phone number is disabled
Never got my deposit back.
