Dr. Yueng-Yue was friendly and thorough. I normally see another dermatologist in the same office but was able to get in quick with her. She and her staff are great and I would highly recommend her. The office is well run and organized. All professionals with the warmth most of us look for in addition to high quality medical care.
We have followed Dr. Yue when she moved to a different group in the area. She is always pleasant and takes time to listen to concerns and also takes the time to explain any conditions. The staff is also very nice and show respect and kindness when I watch them with the elderly patients.
I felt that she took a real interest in my condition, was sincere and willing to spend any time necessary to explain my condition and answer my questions. At the conclusion of my appointment I was confident in her diagnosis and treatment plan.
I saw Dr Yueng Yue last week. The experience was excellent. She examined some issues and said everything was alright. However, in further examining me she found two moles that she took biopsys. Waiting for results as I write this. Only issue was a mix up in emailing a prescription to my pharmacy. I showed tbt assistant the contact info for my pharmacy from my iPhone. Unfortunately the wrong pharmacy received it. Not sure how that happened. It took a few phone calls, however I was able to straighten things out
Dr Yue is always welcoming with a bright smile. She is extremely thorough and professional but retains the warmth that you hope for from any doctor.
Dr. Yeung-Yue is very personable and very thorough. I highly recommend her!
I have been seeing Dr. Yeung-Yue for annual skin check ups. I find her to be very thorough and knowledgeable. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I have never waited more than 10 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen.
Dr. Yeung-Yue is a pleasant, efficient, and appears to be a skilled professional. I have been a patient for several years and have never had any problems or issues.
