Had to wait longer than expected. Dr, Yue did an excellent examination. My concerns were answered and taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Yue to my family and friends

Both the doctor and Rebecca were easy to talk to and they understood my concerns.
This was my first visit with Dr. Yue but I’ve been seeing practitioners in this practice for over 20 years. The office is taking excellent precautions due to COVID-19. I was very impressed with Dr. Yue. She was not only knowledgeable, but communicated in layman terms, showed patience understanding and is gentle. After initially having my medical review with her medical assistant, I was then given an IPAD for Dr Yue to communicate with me from a different room. Southwest Skincare are a team of skilled and professional physicians supported by a highly trained and courteous staff. Particularly in these trying times, it was a great experience to be welcomed into a safe and caring environment. Dr Yue exemplifies the best of her profession and I left, confident in the knowledge that I had received the best treatment and advice.
Had to wait a little in the lobby waiting room, but everyone was masked and keeping social distance. Was there for my semi annual exam. Started wit Dr Yeung-Yue’s assistant and then the Dr came in and did the body exam. Both were using face shields and gloves. Everything went fine and quickly. The Dr froze a couple of things like she normally does and then I was done. Easy Peasy. As I was leaving made an appointment for Jan 2021.
Entire team from check in, exam room, assistant, Dr Yue all exceptional. Helpful, aggressive with care plan but not pushy. Professional in every way.
