Was expecting some pain in this procedure. Didn't happen!!! Very quick!! Also want to credit check-in rep, G Misch, very professional, friendly, comforting, because I was hesitant about the procedure. Put this lady in for a raise!
She is very professional but comforting. She explained each step of the EMG, asking if I was alright with each step. She asked questions about the injury and my symptoms that I was having. Overall it was a painless procedure and I really appreciated her kindness during the process.
Kimberly was nice, thoughtful and very helpful in letting me know what the results of the test were showing…
Dr. Purgavie was wonderful during my EMG appointment. She was incredibly informative and took the time to clearly explain both the process of the test and how it relates to the nervous system. Her calm, knowledgeable presence helped me feel completely relaxed throughout the entire experience. I’m truly grateful for her care and thorough explanations. Thank you so much.
