Always friendly, listens and answers question and always try to find the answers
Could not be less impressed. She says she is taking new patients and then the day of our appt (literally an hour before) her office calls to say "don't know how this slipped in but we don't take new patients." Really?? Really?? I've been on the phone with her office 2 times before making sure all was a go...so strange and completely unprofessional. An utter waste of time and space as far as I am concerned.
