I found Kim, she has opened her practice and you can find info at 77wellness.com she is doing telehealth, but just found a building and should be in it in about 1 month at the Layton and Kaysville boarder on Main Street.
I've been seeing Kim for about 15 years, I received no notice she was leaving the Kaysville Clinic, and they won't tell me where she went. There are absolutely zero good thoughts in having to start over with a new Dr.
If I can find out where she is. Not at kaysville any more apparently.
I’ve been seeing Kim for about 4 years. She has been so great to work with. She truly listens and cares. Her and her staff are amazing.
Kim is the most amazing doctor I have seen. She has made me feel comfortable and able to talk with her about anything. I will be continuing to see her! Every time I come in she listens and makes sure that everything I have is correct and she actually cares about how you’re doing. Sweetest person ever and I’m so happy that I can continue to see her.
She is a fantastic doctor, very knowledgeable and cares a lot,she takes time and is very thorough. Would recommend to anyone.
I loved Kin’s promptness. She took time to explain my medical needs and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was a low priority.
