I had a 10:30 appointment and received a call from Jennifer at 10:00 while I was pulling into the parking lot stating that my appointment was being rescheduled. Jennifer was very polite and professional. I am hoping that I get a follow up call for the rescheduling of my appointment.
She's truly amazing so informative, caring and easy to talk to. Highly recommended
I was naturally apprehensive about having a series of needles poked into my spine but every staff member I spoke with allayed my fears. They explained what was going to happen—twice and as Dr. Schuller carried out the procedure she explained each step as she performed it. It took a very short time. Back into my regular clothes and I was done. Nothing to worry about.
I wanted to discuss my treatment plan with Dr. Schuller. She was more than happy to review everything with me and offered clear, logical explanations. Just to be certain though she redid an exam which confirmed some necessary changes. Dr. Schuller was very patient and agreeable. I really appreciated her expertise and guidance!
