A warm and welcoming community optometrist. The staff are genuinely friendly, and the optometrist is incredibly experienced and passionate about eye care. You never feel rushed—they take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service. It’s a rare find these days. Highly recommended!
Very knowledgeable staff, especially the young man (I forgot his name)
This was my first visit and Howie from Kimber optical really took the time to understand my problems and needs. He then patiently explained all my options to me. New lenses only took a week and my glasses had been adjusted & tightened as well without me asking. This is the most personalised service I've received at any optometrist and I will definitely be coming back.
The service was excellent and I can see clearer. Thanks Michael and team.
