My visit was quick in, to be seen, which was great. I felt the exam was a bit lacking in that I wasn't really looked at as much as listened to. My situation was that an ex-ray was ordered. With a good report. But was never really examined. I felt it was a very good run facility.
I went to a different instacare earlier this week and was very dissatisfied with the level of concern the PA gave me even when I said I have a trip to NYC next week and can’t miss it. After symptoms got worse, I went back to a different location and provider. Kimber saw me and was able to give almost an immediate diagnosis and took my circumstances into consideration with how aggressively she wanted to treat this.
