My wife Lorri and I moved to Colorado in 2021. We were referred to Kimber as a property manager to handle the rental of our SoCal home. Kimber (and Ines) made the entire renting process so easy. She vetted the renter, found a wonderful person to rent our home, and handled any issues that came up quickly and efficiently. So rude, we were scheduled to tour an apartment. No show, no call. We waited for a half hour for her to show, she never called back to apologize after her missed appointment.
I highly recommend Kimber to sell your house. She worked so hard to sell my parents home after they passed away she was faced with a lot of family drama between us siblings. She was caring to all parties involved and went beyond the call of duty to help me secure a place of my own…
