June 14, 2023, Kimball's Electricians Derrick and Hunter I requested services from Kimball’s Electrical to install two ceiling fans at two separate locations. On June 14, 2023, Derrick was my electrician installing a ceiling fan at my home and Hunter was my electrician installing a ceiling fan at my rental property. Derrick and Hunter were at their locations at 07:30am. Within an hour, Derrick and Hunter had completed the installation of the ceiling fans and cleaned up their worksite. June 07, 2023 - Dan, the Plumber I requested the services of Kimball’s Plumbing on June 07, 2023. Dan was the plumber sent over to repair my Kohler toilet flush valve. The flush valve needed replacing. Dan had a standard flush on the truck, but it did not fit. He suggested calling Kohler to verify if the parts maybe still be under warranty. Good idea. I requested the services of Kimball’s Plumbing on May 16, 2023. Dan was the plumber sent over to repair my touchless Delta Kitchen faucet. After Dan assessed the faucet, he stated I need this part to replace the old part that was no longer working. Dan suggested that since I had a Delta faucet, and they normally have a lifetime warranty to call them first before he ordered the part to see if it was still under warranty. I requested plumbing service for my dad’s residence which is in Aiken County about 15 miles outside of the Southside of Aiken. Sometimes it is difficult to find a company located in the city that will drive the distance to service someone in the rural area of Aiken County. Dan Schmalz was my plumber for this job. Called Kimball's this morning at 9AM - Hunter was onsite by 930AM and fixed everything. We actually had 2 issues and thought we had one...he found the second one and fixed it too! Will use again and definitely recommend!

Dan fixed my very old, leaky bathtub fixtures. Very pleasant, professional, and quick service. Could have convinced me that I needed to replace everything, but did not even try. Thank you.
