Staff is amazing!! They were all very good with my very anxious daughter who had to have a tooth pulled!! Dr del carpio was very patient as well as the hygienist!! The calmed my daughter down and got the tooth pulled without having to make another appointment!! So pleased with our experience here!!
I went to Plaza Family Dental in Marshalltown for 25 years. In that time, I can't ever remember them not keeping an appointment. Today, I went to the new owners, Kimball and Beecher for the second time. The 1st, I was called back 17 minutes after the scheduled time. Today, I arrived at 3.40 for my 3.45 appointment. I left at 4.08 and said that IF I make another appointment, I will arrive 30 minutes late. I was told that my appointment was at 4.15. No. Sorry. I have always been terrified of dentists because of previous terrible experiences. I ended up with an abscessed tooth and the pain was completely unbearable. The staff and dentist (Dr. Anderson) were fantastic! They got me in and extracted the tooth the same day I called and were kind and relaxing. I even told them that it was the best experience ever. Definitely recommend Kimball & Beecher!!
