Kim was absolutely amazing! She made the process feel so smooth and not an ounce of stress was had. We called her just to have a conversation and next thing you know our house was on the market and she helped us purchase our dream home. She addressed all of our concerns with ease and professionalism and guided us in the right direction. Could not recommend her more. She was fabulous to work with!

Kim is the absolute best! Hands down. Bar none. Period. 5 stars does not do her justice. She is there for you from start to finish; and then some. My wife and I PCS'd from overseas and Kim would send us a flurry of on the market options based on the criteria we wanted. She was always willing to take early morning or late night calls and when I was able to make it into town for a brief home tour trip, she couldn't have been more accommodating: setting up all our visits and sifting through the particulars. Well, I'd hate to break it to you, but any other option to purchase real-estate in Virginia Beach is equivalent to knowingly walking into a Vinyard without grapes while expecting to get wine. Kim is fantasticly reliable, awesomely resilient, quickly proactive, and deadly keen.
