Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Tran is absolutely amazing! I hate going to the Doctor, but they have always made it a pleasant experience for me. If you are in need of a good doctor and facility, I highly recommend!!
Lazy office . If you have a cold no big deal but good luck getting any help with anything more than that
Fast check in time and staff remembers me and now my son. They listened to symptoms and concerns to always follow through with a remedy. It’s nice to have a healthcare provider that knows you for more than your chart.
The front desk staff is the worst ever I seen they are racist and disrespectful;; so Dr. Tran can be an excellent doctor but is she have this kind of garbage staff she loose patients. The 3 Gargoyles at the front desk are worthless. The garbage have more values than those 3 gargoyles
My wife and I have been care for by Dr Tran and the doctors at the Lakeview Medical Facility (THR) for the past 20 years. We appreciate their professionalism and expertise in our care.
