After a recent fall and within 30 minutes, my 87 yr old client complained of pain under his right arm. I suspected a fractured rib and received push back, aka, stubbornness. On Friday I called the doctor's office and was able to get in the same day with Kim Tatum, NP. Kim asked pointed questions, listening intently.
