I was very disappointed in the meal I ordered. The Sesame chicken was so over cooked it was dry and too hard to cut. I will not go back, sorry to say.
I had general tso chicken. Sauce was good. Chicken was hard. Fried to crispy. So hard it hurt my tooth and scraped the roof of my mouth. The last time i was there it was much better. Maybe a different cook was there. Could be better. The server was very nice and prompt.
Well after 25 years plus, I'm completely disappointed in you my dear favorite Kim Son. We ordered the Hunan Chicken for the millionth time and today I have to honestly say it was YUK! What happened?! It completely lacked flavor, runny and just wasn't good. Thanks for trying to make things right Cuong but no dice. We eat out a lot and are loyal to our favorite restaurants but we will have to put Kim Son on pause for a while. #sadfoodie #spentmyhardearnedmoneyfornothing #farewell
This was my first visit. I ordered the lunch shrimp and vegetable plate. It was not what I expected. There wasn't much flavor to shrimp and veggies and the clear cream sauce just ruined the meal. It didn't even look appealing. We ate appitizers and I did like the ribs, but I will not be going back. Next time I will stick to Bennihana's on Louisiana. I've been there many times for lunch and it is always a winner! Kim Son's $3 ginger salad has Nothing on Bennihannas complimentary ginger salad! It's to die for!
The bar seating is NOT comfortable for women we had to sit sideways....all in all is a good dinner
This was our first time to eat here. Food was good but not great!! I thought it was very over priced for what we received. Does not have a kid menu, food is not kid friendly. We had a hard time finding something for our 3 kids to eat. The service was great! We probably will not come back.
Worst customer service ever... Very rude manager.
