Poor customer service. SIL placed an order for today and they said no order found. the person who was "helping" her was rude and even made her cry and talking crap in Vietnamese because she is not Vietnamese but they failed to notice my brother is Viet. All they needed to do was apologize.....
Thanks for the delicious dim sum we picked up Easter Sunday was really impressed how organized it was and quick service (I placed my order through text Saturday assuming it would be busy Easter Sunday). Staff was amazing! Wish your staff and family stay safe and busy through these crazy times!
Kim Son!!!!!! One of our family favorites! Absolutely THE best orange chicken & egg rolls. We drive 45 minutes, just for some of their yummy food. Thankful, my husband works in the downtown area and picks dinner on the way home. I highly recommend this restaurant; great owners, staff & food. THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF THE HEALTHCARE WORKERS.
