I was on my way home and decided to get some food to go. So I called the restaurant and told them I wanted some kind of Hong Kong dish they had with wide noodles. The lady said they didn't have anything like that so I got off the phone and went online and found the dish that I wanted. "Surprise!" It was under noodle section and named Hong Kong noodles. Perhaps that person answering the phone might need to have a little more menu knowledge before taking to-go orders. Nonetheless the food was delicious.
I've been going to the other Kim Son locations for years so I decided to give the downtown location one more chance. Worst decision ever!! Dirty utensils, my lettuce was covered in dirt(didn't even looked washed), and very careless service overall!! The waitress seemed bother they she had tables to wait on. If take a fake smile over a bad attitude any day!!!

I've been going to Kim Son since the first restaurant opened in 1982 and every time I'm in town I have to go to Kim Son for the best Vietnamese food. What amazed me is that no matter which Kim Son restaurant that I go to the food is always consistent and taste the same.
