Kim's nails is the best! Family owned and they treat you like family! The quality of work is awesome!!! Don't waste your money going any other place!!!
I have been going to Kim's Nails for years. Kim and Tony are great people and always do a wonderful job! I have sent many people to them and only go them for my nails.
These people were so rude and disrespectful. They talk to you like u r nothing! I went in to get one repair and the man told me it would be fifteen dollars. R they crazy or what!!!!! fifteen bucks for one darn nail, REDICULOUS!!!! The man pretty much shoed me out the door, when I told him there was no way I would pay 15 bucks for one nail. Won't b going back there EVER!!!!!!
I Will never come here again these people are rude the only nice one was the white girl who understand what I was saying and I felt like I walked into a flea market with all the junk and Kim is rude
This shop has bad service, also the owner has a bad attitude with her clients about they service. I will never patronize this shop again!
THE WORST MANICURE I HAVE EVER HAD DONE!! The woman did not speak ANY English, did a terrible job pushing my cuticles and cutting them and the nailpolish came off the next day. The entire staff was extremely rude and I have never had a worse experience in my life. I get manicures regularly and have never witnessed anything like this place. I usually don't have the time to write reviews but my experience here was so horribly bad and this is a understatement. A day at the spa should be relaxing, nice to say the least. I went for a pedicure the lady spent about a minute actually scrubbing my feet and about 15min on my toes but a pedicure should be a thorough scrubbing of your feet and when i simply ask could you scrub a particular area a little more she began yelling chinese, of course I'm an american I said I dont know what you're saying the owner "Kim" came ove... read more
This had to be the worst experience in nail salons that I have seen in 14 yrs. I am an over the road truck driver and travel all over the USA. I have to deal with the public in a professional environment dealing with special products, mainly medical equipment. I found Kim's Nails in the Yellow Pages Internet Directory and went in to get a new set. I am assuming 'Kim' was my nail tech, as she was hateful and rude from start to fininsh.
