Kim has the Best and Cleanest salon I have EVER been in and I have been to many from West side to east side until I found her,I've made this my ONLY Salon for my fingernails, Pedicures, and eyebrow wax...The owner is straightforward, honest and a hardworking woman Thank You Kim..also has a cleaning person on staff that is always cleaning or dusting that makes me feel more secure :)
The woman is very unprofessional and so is the man. I would never go back here. They have nasty attitudes and they don't care about treating customers with good customer service. They think they can talk to people any kind of way. Don't waste your time!
Kim's nails is seriously the best. I have a hard time finding a good place I trust to do my nails and I finally found one. I've been coming here for about a year now and I will never change. They treat you awesome and they really know what there doing.
You've got to try Kim's Nails. I am totally satisfied with the way she does my nails. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back for more. Got ingrown toe nails!! It's a total relief. No seriously I have been to many nail salons and I am totally satisfied with Kim's great service and it's very professional. Kim is very straight and will give you the price up front. The choice is up to you, but it is well worth it.
I have been coming to Kim's Nails for over 10 years. I have been a customer from the time her shop was in Euclid Square Mall. I have been to many other nail shops and nothing compares to Kim's work. Her staff is so dedicated and hard working. They always make sure I have a great experience and recieve great service!
I always get my nails done at Kim's Nails on Chardon rd. She has been providing excellent service to me for the past 10 years. Kim has great prices and the shop is always clean when I come in.
I work at Kim's Nails and I am so lucky to have recieved this job 8 months ago.I come in everyday and clean the shop so our customers can relax in a comfortable and clean environment. Do not go here! The lady I was dealing with didn't greet me and instead of customer service she basically told me to go somewhere else.
