Dr. Tawoosi is awsome. He's very nice and took his time with me . I didn't feel like another number to the staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any of my questions that i had . they are also very resealable price wise.
NO STARS !!!! (YOU CANNOT POST WITHOUT GIVING A STAR) Office staff is very unprofessional. When I called and asked a couple of questions about an authorization the office person on the phone became very rude and irate. There are more things to tell but I don't like to talk about 'ugly' people .. Becareful and use caution . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! or at least get a second opinion . They also go by the name of California Dental Group ..
Wish I could give this place no stars. I have been here 3 times and not once was my appointment on time. During my second appointment I was told that they had to break up my appointment because it was so late in the day (which probably wouldn't have been if they were running on time). My last visit I was told after 20 minutes that my wait would be an hour after my scheduled appointment time because they take all types of insurance. Not sure how the two related but they are clearly not looking for any award for customer suppo... read more
