I’d like to take time to discuss the importance of customer service. As a retired nurse for over 30 + years, (my patients were my customers) I can tell you how much I appreciate stellar customer service encounters. Studies show that if a consumer has a negative customer service encounter, they will tell as many people in their inner circle as they can. They employ people who are married to people that engage in targeting and harassing individuals based on beliefs and religions. I would never do business with this company for the fact that they employ Katie Deuth
