I had a great experience with the care here however the billing was not quite the same. I was told in person that my insurance would not cover a procedure and needed to pay out of pocket however my insurance was billed and did pay for it and I never received a refund and have called over 10 times with no resolution and had my insurance company send a letter to the provider. Overall, I can't recommend them because I feel as if they cannot be trusted regarding finances.
Dr. Scott is one of the most awesome and caring physicians in her profession. Her staff was also courteous and professional as well. I highly recommend this office.
I love Dr Scott! Have been seeing her for over 13yrs and she was by OB for the birth of my son. She is always patient and takes time to talk to you. Have even brought my daughter to see her due to back menstrual cycles. Yes, the office runs behind sometimes but I think that is because she does care about her patients and does not want to rush
