I would give zero stars. I tried Kim for the first time. I was getting highlights. I just wanted rich golden brown highlights as I have brown hair. She left the chemicals on way too long and my hair became brittle. I came out with blond streaks. What horror! I think she realized she messed up as well by the look on her face, but she didn’t say anything. I noticed the damage more when I got home and saw the back of my hair.
