Horrible experience! Rude from the moment Iwalked through the door. Rushed and did not listen to my requests. The owner did my manicure, didn't listen to the shape that I asked for, then filed them after they were polished and still did them the wrong shape. My gel nails started chipping 1 day after my manicure. I would have went back and demanded them to be done over, but why get another bad manicure. Never again, don't waste your money!

Went there for the first time Saturday. Will not go back. The male who did my pedicure pulled skin away from around my nails rather than cliping it using the cuticle clippers. It was painful. This was after I was left sitting for over an hour with my feet in water that had gone cold. Then I had to wait another hour to get my nails done. The owner did my nails. I recently moved here and this is the 2nd nail salon I have tried. I visited both her locations and I have been dissatisfied both times. They are not friendly and don't do a good job. The tech that did my nails had the nerve to get upset after I told her to repolish them. My 16 year old does a better job then they do.

I have gone there on and off for a few years and sometimes it's a good experience if the right person gets a hold of you, but the last couple of times the lady owner has done my nails after someone else had started it and she does a terrible job! It as tho she doesn't even take the time or care so I will not go back. I will take my money elsewhere.

I have gone there on and off for a few years and sometimes it's a good experience if the right person gets a hold of you, but the last couple of times the lady owner has done my nails after someone else had started it and she does a terrible job! It as tho she doesn't even take the time or care so I will not go back. I will take my money elsewhere.
