I was very disappointed with my experience at Kim’s Nails. During my visit, I encountered unprofessional behavior and what appeared to be racially biased treatment. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of my background. Unfortunately, this was not the case. There are several nail salons on Philadelphia Pike. I would go to those salons before I ever return to this one. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience and the lack of cleanliness of the establishment.
