Very bad service There is no accountability for customer satisfaction for the entire process Not ready to have any conversation before, during, or after service, not at all friendly or welcoming behavior. The nails look bad after their service, I politely asked for what are the options since I am not happy how they look. Forget about a refund. They didn't even bother to ask to fix or take it off.
