Not very good service. Painful. Had my acrylics removed to get natural nails healthy again. Asked for them to be soaked melted and they did not understand . They pryed and popped them off pulling layers of natural nail and causing them to bleed and rip in my skin. I've never had that kind of pain. In Pennsylvania they used acetone soak to melt them off and coated my natural nail with a protein keratin biotin gel that gave my natural nail time to heal and grow healthy. I have being coming to Kim's since they opened over 20 years ago. I love all the nail techs and their pedicures are awesome. I will not go anywhere else, I do not feel comfortable any where else. They have always treated me well and I love it here.😍❤️❤️
