Ms. Kim does a good job for me, and she does my lashes just as I ask her, AND I CHANGE MY LENGTH ALL THE TIME. SHE IS GOOD PEOPLE , WITH A NICE, BEAUTIFUL SALON, AND ALSO VERY CLEAN.
I absolutely love coming to Kim Nail Spa! Rose is my nail tech, and she NEVER disappoints! Everyone in the shop is really nice, helpful and talented! & if you want the best lashes and brows, definitely let Kim hook you up! The way she transforms brows is amazing! Ask for Henry if you need a pedi, he does the best pedicures hands down!!!
Today was my 2nd time at Kim's. I have been beyond pleased with my service. Rose is new to the spa but has been taking care of me for over 18 years! This nail shop is very clean and customer service was great!!
This is the only place I go in Norfolk since 2019. They are like family. Henry everything for nails and Kim for everything else. Prices are great and we communicate well.
