I had the most amazing experience with this jewelry repair shop! I brought in a vintage designer piece that had missing stones, and they brought it completely back to life. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and care they put into restoring my necklace truly exceeded my expectations. The piece looks brand new!!!! Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I will absolutely be back for future repairs. Highly recommend if you want your special pieces handled with care and expertise!
I’m so happy with my experience here. I went to resize and repair my wedding ring. They were so knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They were able to see me as a walk in and resize my ring in under an hour for an amazing price. I loved their store so much I ended up buying the perfect matching wedding band while I was there. I will definitely be back!
I called in today asking if they accepted credit cards so I could buy a 24k bracelet, the male voice on the phone told me they're not accepted and cash only. Then there's another voice from background told him: don't tell them anything. Any what? Such a rude customer service. I don't know why they're getting 4.8 stars, probably from their family members gave that grading. For me, they're not deserving any star at all. Taking cash only to avoid taxes
Great experience! I was able to quickly get an appointment to have my engagement ring resized. Terry was great! The whole thing was done in less than an hour and the price was very reasonable.
Purchased some gold jewelry items here and many months later got them XRF machine tested for purity and every item I purchased here came out a entire 2 POINTS / KARATS UNDER WHAT I WAS TOLD AND PAID FOR, So my “14k gold cuban chain” was showing up as 12k gold purity. This is a big value loss when I paid for over 150 grams of gold… And a 24k supposedly 999 gold chain purchased here XRF tested came back as 22k gold as well. And not it’s not the solder.. Pretty crazy how jewelers can get away with this.
