One of my gold necklaces had snapped and Terry was able to repair my necklace quickly! It looks brand new and I am very happy with the service. Love supporting small family businesses and definitely will becoming back and recommending Kim My to the rest of my friends and family.

Jewelry repairs (2 rings and a link necklace) were done flawlessly and same-day in less than 2 hours - amazing! The cost of the repairs was unexpectedly low — even more so when I saw the quality of the repairs — I have paid 2X the amount for lesser quality ring repair!! Their jewelry selection is beautiful and prices very, very reasonable — much less than you would pay at a chain, mall or similar jewelry store.
